Terms governing your access to and use of Nistu Office Apps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Nistu Office Apps (apps.hostingus.cc) and the tools made available through it. By signing in to or using Nistu Office Apps, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

2. Description of Services

Nistu Office Apps is a private launcher that gives invited users access to a set of business tools, such as document conversion, calculators, and workflow utilities. Access is by invitation only, and the tools available to you depend on the access granted to your account.

The tools are designed to assist your work. They do not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice and are not a substitute for professional judgement. We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue tools from time to time.

3. Accounts and Access

• You sign in with a Google or Microsoft account and are responsible for keeping that account secure.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you become aware of unauthorised access to your account.
• We may grant, change, suspend, or remove access to any tool at our discretion, including where reasonably necessary to protect the services, users, or data.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your professional obligations.
• Do not upload malicious code, interfere with the services, bypass security controls, or attempt unauthorised access.
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or use automated access methods except where permitted by law or approved by us in writing.
• Do not submit information unless you have the authority or consent required to do so.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of the information and files you submit. You grant us a limited right to process that data only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and support the services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for reviewing any outputs and keeping your own records.

6. Outputs

Some tools produce converted files, calculations, or other automated outputs. These are workflow aids only. You must review and verify outputs before relying on them; we do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

7. Third-Party Services

Nistu Office Apps relies on third-party services, such as Google and Microsoft for sign-in and Clerk for account management. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of Nistu Office Apps, its software, designs, and branding. Except for the limited right to use the services under these terms, no rights are transferred to you.

9. Availability and Liability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every tool will always operate without error. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Nistu Office Apps at any time. We may suspend or end your access where there is misuse, breach of these terms, security risk, or legal necessity.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any dispute relating to these terms or the services will be subject to the courts of South Australia, unless otherwise required by law.
